Inviting Team Members

Add admins and moderators to your store with fine-grained permission control.

Storra supports three roles plus per-role permission overrides. Invite teammates without sharing your password.

Roles

  • Owner — full control, including deleting the store and managing other owners. Every store starts with one owner; that's you. You can add more.
  • Admin — almost everything an owner can do, except delete the store, change billing, or manage owners.
  • Moderator — limited to support + customer moderation by default (handle tickets, ban abusive customers, view orders). Cannot edit packages or settings unless you grant overrides.

Invite a member

  1. Go to Security → Team.
  2. Enter the teammate's email and pick a role.
  3. They get an invite link. After signing in (or signing up if new), they're added to your store.

Permission overrides

Each role has a default permission set. To grant a moderator access to package edits or restrict an admin from deleting customers, use the Permissions tab on the team-member row. Permission keys follow the format area.feature.action (e.g. store_content.packages.edit).

Friendly-deny: when a member clicks a button they're not permitted to use, they see an explanation, not a crash. Buttons they can't use are disabled with a tooltip rather than letting the click fail.
